Creator Rapid Response Network SMS Terms
These terms apply to optional text alerts from The Glow Foundation for members of the Creator Rapid Response Network.

The short version
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, joining, or participating in the Network.
Program description
The Creator Rapid Response Network SMS program is operated by The Glow Foundation, referred to in these terms as Glow, we, us, or our.
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and promotional text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:
- Activation alerts when a verified and approved disaster response is ready for you to review
- Launch updates and important Network announcements
- Enrollment confirmation and text-preference messages
We expect approximately 3 to 10 activation events per year. Each event may generate multiple messages. Message frequency will vary based on Network activity and qualifying events.
You are never required to participate in a response.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking Add text alerts during Network signup, entering your mobile number, and agreeing to the SMS consent language.
After you confirm your email address, we will send a confirmation text asking you to reply YES. Your text subscription becomes active only after you reply YES.
Text alerts are currently available only for mobile numbers in the United States.
Costs
Glow does not charge for text alerts. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Program message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further Program texts unless you opt in again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your Network membership. You may continue to receive email updates unless you unsubscribe from email separately.

Your mobile number and privacy
We use your mobile number and SMS consent information to operate the Program and send the messages you requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers that help us deliver and operate the Program, subject to restrictions on their use of the information.
Our use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you add a manager during signup, we do not text your manager. Managers who want text alerts must opt in using their own mobile number.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the mobile number you provide.
If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you are responsible for updating or ending your text subscription promptly.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will update the revision date when changes are made and communicate material changes by text or email.
Where required by law, we will obtain new consent before materially expanding the categories of messages you receive.
